The company established in 1989, initiated its activity as a traditional machining workshop. Its history represents a story of adaptation and perseverance in times of crisis. Escribano Mechanical & Engineering, is a national family-owned company at the very forefront of technology and innovation. It designs and manufactures Complex Defence Systems at its facilities in Alcalá de Henares.
EME, strongly committed to professional training, collaborates with the main Vocational Training Institutes and Centres, offering stable, highly qualified jobs. Likewise, its vocation for Innovation and the Development of New Technologies has resulted in continuous growth, enhanced by the upgrading of its facilities, the expansion of its production capabilities, the search for new technologies, and the investment in human capital.
Escribano M&E is currently an international referent in Complex Defence Systems. Its products include, on the one hand, stabilised platforms for land, naval and air applications; on the other hand, the integral design, development and production of thermal cameras and sensors for border surveillance. Escribano M&E has strong mechanical, electronic and optical manufacturing capabilities, as well as a highly qualified engineering department. As a result of the above, EME carries out in its own facilities, the comprehensive development of its products and adaptation to customer needs.
